2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Data Collection
We collect and process the following data:
- SaaS website & platform: Name, email, phone number, role, company details, payment information (via Stripe), login logs, and usage data.
- Tracking data: Interaction with our emails, browsing data (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, LinkedIn Ads), cookies for service improvement.
We only collect personal data when voluntarily submitted. Users can refuse but may not be able to access certain services.
2.2 Data Retention
Where appropriate, CherryHorizon, Lda. may have to resort to processors to carry out the processing activity on its behalf, for which the Website users give their consent.
- Subscription & payment data: Duration of the subscription + 5 years (legal & accounting compliance).
- Marketing data: Up to 3 years after last interaction.
- Analytics data: 13 months.

Luminous SAS offers:
- SaaS Coaching Platform – AI-driven professional coaching programs.
- Masterclasses & Educational Content – Free and paid training on professional development topics.
3.3 Subscription & Pricing
- Available via monthly or annual subscription (<1000€ per year, VAT included).
- Payments processed via Stripe.
- Users must ensure valid payment details to avoid service disruption.
3.4 License & User Responsibilities
- Users receive a limited, non-transferable license.
- Users must not modify, copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Accounts cannot be shared with unauthorized third parties.
3.5 Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the billing period.
- No refunds for partial usage or dissatisfaction.
- Refunds for exceptional cases are at Luminous SAS's sole discretion.
3.6 Limitation of Liability
Luminous SAS is not liable for:
- Business losses, unsuccessful sales, or lost revenue due to service use.
- Decisions made based on AI-generated coaching advice.
- Data breaches resulting from external providers' failures.
3.7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of disputes, the courts of Paris, France have exclusive jurisdiction.
